Essential oils are the highly concentrated version of the natural oils in plants. They have been used throughout history in many cultures for their medicinal and therapeutic benefits.

These blends are made for the purpose of rubbing on the affected area of your body. These oils have amethyst crystals put in with the mixture for more holistic therapy purposes. Amethyst crystals have been known to be a natural stress reliever that encourages inner strength and peace. Here are are 9 different types of essential oil blends:
